Bella Capelli Salone is an Independent Booth Rental Establishment
*Sales tax will be applied to gift certificates at time of purchase.
* Gift certificates for specific services are non transferable
* We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations
* Children without appointments are not allowed, due to limited seating & clients receiving services
* When receiving multiple services, services may be cut short if you are late for your appointment
* No food or drink is allowed in the service areas
* A $40 fee will be charged for returned checks
*Gift Certificates are non-refundable
*You will be charged the FULL service price if you do not provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation or fail to show up to the scheduled appointment.
Bella Capelli Cancellation Policy
Bella Capelli Salone is a small business, staffed with independent contractors. As contractors, we do not draw a guaranteed salary; rather, we are paid only when services are provided. When an appointment is scheduled, we are reserving time within our schedule just for you. Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment, or cancelling without sufficient notice to schedule other clients, directly impacts our ability to earn income and meet expenses associated with operating the business; therefore we would like you to be aware of our Cancellation Policies.
Please understand that our Cancellation Policies are in place to ensure that we are able to consistently deliver exceptional experiences to as many clients as possible.
