    Bella Capelli Salone & Day Spa Policies

    Bella Capelli Salone & Day Spa is an Independent Booth Rental Establishment

     

    *Sales Tax will be added to all Spa Services.  This includes Massage, Facials, Waxing, Body Treatments & Eye Treatments.
    
    *Sales tax will be applied to gift certificates at time of purchase. 
    Sales tax will be a separate transaction for those clients that choose to use a Spa Finder or Spa Week gift card. 
    
    * SpaFinder's Gift Certificates  are only valid for Spa Services
         this includes ALL FACIALS, CHEMICAL PEELS, BODY TREATMENTS , WAXING & MASSAGE.            
          this DOES NOT include  Hair Services
    
    * Gift certificates for specific services are non transferable
    
    * We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations
    
    * Children without appointments are not allowed, due to limited seating & clients receiving spa  services
    
    * When receiving multiple services, services may be cut short if you are late for your appointment
    
    * No food or drink is allowed in the service areas
    
    * A $40 fee will be charged for returned checks
     
    *Gift Certificates are non-refundable
     
    *20% deposit is required for all Spa Parties (3 or more ), multiple service packages and Couples Massages.
     
    *You will be charged the FULL service price if you do not provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation or fail to show up to the scheduled appointment.
     
     

    The Spa at Bella Capelli Cancellation Policy

     

    Bella Capelli Salone and Day Spa is a small business, staffed with independent contractors. As contractors, we do not draw a guaranteed salary; rather, we are paid only when services are provided. When an appointment is scheduled, we are reserving time within our schedule just for you. Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment, or cancelling without sufficient notice to schedule other clients, directly impacts our ability to earn income and meet expenses associated with operating the business; therefore we would like you to be aware of our Cancellation Policies.
     
    Please understand that our Cancellation Policies are in place to ensure that we are able to consistently deliver exceptional experiences to as many clients as possible.
     
    As of November 1, 2017, the following Cancellation Policies will be in effect for clients of the Spa at Bella Capelli:
     
    24 Hour Notice of Cancellation
    When you make an appointment, we reserve time and space especially for you.
    *  24 Hour Advance Notice is required when cancelling or modifying a Spa Appointment.
     
    Advance notice allows us to reach out to customers who may be on a waiting list, have urgent need of services, or allow us to unblock our calendars to book incoming requests.
     
    *If you are unable to provide 24 Hour Advance Notice, rescheduling will be denied until the original price of the appointment balance is paid in full.
     
    Late Arrivals
    We at Bella Capelli realize your time is valuable, and strive to keep our day running smoothly by staying on schedule. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist, as well as other clients, we request that you please plan accordingly and be on-time.
     
    *If this is your first time visiting our spa, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete required paperwork, which enables us to fully understand your needs and tailor your experience accordingly.
     
    *Should you arrive late for your service, understand that your appointment will be shortened. If your arrival time is such that scheduled services cannot be completed without impacting others’ scheduled appointments, you will be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for paying for your originally scheduled service; regardless of the length of service provided, you will be asked to pay for the "full" session.
     
    Failure To Arrive (No-Show)
    *Anyone failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be considered a "No-Show" and will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. Clients who have been noted for failure to arrive (No Show) will be required to submit a credit card number to be held for any/all future scheduled appointments.
     
    Sickness and Emergencies
    *If you are sick or contagious, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Note that 24 Hour Advance Notice is still required. If less than 24 hour notice is given, or you fail to call, you will be charged the full service price.
     
    *Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (serious last minute illness/injury, child sickness, etc) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
     
    Gift Certificates
    *Gift Certificates will be forfeited/voided if you fail to show up for your appointment or do not provide us with 24 hour notice of cancellation.

    *We will not be accepting cancellations via automated email or text.
     
    *If you do not reach your service provider, please leave a voicemail, and your call will be returned at our earliest availability.
